US unemployment rate at almost 50-years low

Trump-haters, Obama/HRC-lovers will be unhappy with this chart:
(1) April-May 2019 US unemployment rate 3.6%, all-time low since December 1969 (3.5%) or almost 50 years ago.
(2) Obama "hope and change" unempl. even in recovery year 2010 was 9-10%. And
(3) Based on historical records, unempl cycle should have gone up since 1 or 2 years ago but did not happen, it even went further down.
