Topics covered were the water rationing (aka "water crisis"), continuing "yellow alerts" in power and electricity, high inflation, and the Reed Bank incident where a China boat rammed a Philippine fishing boat at night, destroyed it and left the fishermen floating in the sea for several hours. Then the defense of Malacanang and Duterte officials that it was just an "accident", etc.
