Climate 106, Triple-dip La Nina and El Nino 2023-2024

There is continuing climate scare of "prolonged El Nino" and related narratives. Here are some charts, actual data. I made this chart from two sources.

From the most recent US NOAA Climate prediction center (CPC) March 3 forecast, they see the current El Nino to end by April 2024, or next month. See the chart.

El Nino-La Nina are always cyclical, natural, and short-term, they cycle back to each other after about 2-3 years. It's those "save the planet" climate policies that create more long-term, multi-decades damage to agriculture and food production.

Food inflation remains high in many countries including the Philippines. They drive overall inflation upwards. All distortions in farming and agriculture transport, trading should be relaxed if not reversed. Like expensive diesel (diesel tax) for tractors, harvesters, trucks to "save the planet", big land conversion agri to solar farms, etc.
